Meet Hadley McIntyre

Whatever brought you here whether it’s a recent challenge, a long-standing struggle, or simply a desire for change you deserve a space that feels safe, supportive, and healing. My goal in private practice is to offer a nonjudgmental environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

I take a collaborative and compassionate approach, working alongside clients as they navigate life’s transitions, emotional challenges, and personal growth. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, and I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals who are coping with high-conflict family dynamics, anxiety, low self-worth, and major life changes.

I tailor my work to meet each client’s unique needs, drawing from evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness. I also hold a certification in Integrative Mental Health, which allows me to incorporate a more holistic perspective into the therapeutic process. This may include exploring nutrition, sleep, movement, and other mind-body tools to support emotional well-being.

Clients often describe my style as nurturing, strengths based, and down to earth. I believe in meeting you where you are while gently guiding you toward where you want to be. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can reconnect with your inner strength, gain clarity, and feel more grounded and empowered in your life.

If you’re ready to begin or simply curious about the next step, I’d be honored to support you on your journey. Let’s explore what healing, growth, and meaningful change can look like together.
